Saucy Brew Works will waive the fee for their event space and donate 50 cents for every beer sold at your event to benefit VeloSano (Cleveland locations only)
Coyne's Caribbean Coffee will donate 10% of the fundraising event sales to benefit VeloSano.

Pinot’s Palette Woodmere is the premiere Paint and Sip Party venue in Northeast Ohio. Commitment to our community is one of our core values and we welcome partnerships with local charities, non-profits, and community groups through our Painting It Forward program.

Masthead will donate $1 for every beer sold at your event to benefit VeloSano.

CLE Urban Winery
CLE Urban Winery offers the semi-private section of the winery Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00pm -10:00pm for VeloSano participants to gather for their fundraising event. The space can accommodate up to 25 people.

CLE Urban Winery will be waive the $50 reservation fee for thie room for VeloSano fundraisers.

Velvet Dog
Velvet Dog offers fundraising events below, but can customize any event.

-Open bar fundraiser
-Offering a complimentary cocktail to anyone that donates at the door
-Celebrity bartending event (Cleveland Clinic staff bartends and donates all tips that are given)
-Percentage of sales-10% of sales during the scheduled event

Dine

Barrio’s Food Truck is on the roll in the Cleveland area. In addition to being voted “Best Food Truck” by Cleveland Scene, the truck can be found at special events, company lunch breaks, graduation parties, weddings concerts, and more.

All details must be finalized at least 1-2 weeks prior to your event, food orders cannot be guaranteed otherwise. Food Trucks are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Need cake for a sweet cause? Contact your preferred bakery to discuss with a manager if Nothing Bundt Cakes can be part of your fundraiser.

The Honey Baked Ham fundraiser is online only, no paperwork to keep track of, no cash to handle, no collecting and disbursing product. Just send friends and supporters to your personalized link to purchase HoneyBaked Gift Cards. We collect funds, package, and ship the product directly to them! Best of all - 20% of every purchase goes directly to VeloSano.

Angelo's Pizza offers fundraisers on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. It includes pick up, delivery and dine in. Supporters will need to mention that you are there for the VeloSano fundraiser. Angelo's will donate 20% of proceeds to VeloSano.

Make Believe Family Fun Center you can rent the facility, plan an event, and keep the profits. Plan a sponsored event at Make Believe where you advertise the event, we provide the play, and you keep 50% of the sales.

We put the F-U-N in FUNdraising! All you have to do is pick a date + time, then spread the word. We’ll donate 20% of ticket sales from those who attended your event.

Minimum of 15 bikes reserved, up to 32 bikes total.
Separate time slot outside of our regular class schedule.

Once I host a fundraising event with a local business, how will proceeds be added to my Fundraising Page?: To streamline the process and to expedite funding, please provide a direct link and instruct the business to make a credit card donation to your Team Fundraising Page or Personal Fundraising Page via credit card.
You will receive immediate credit and the business will receive an acknowledgement and donation receipt via email.

If they prefer to pay via check, the event proceeds will be added to your page or your team’s page via offline donation when the check is received by our team.
If the business prefers to pay via check, who should the check be made out to?: The check can be made payable to "VeloSano”. Your name or team’s name should be included in the memo line of the check or included in any supplementary documents.

Is VeloSano/Cleveland Clinic a 501(c) (3) nonprofit institution? What is your Tax ID?: Cleveland Clinic Foundation (“CCF”) is a tax exempt nonprofit corporation. VeloSano is a CCF trademark and charitable event sponsored by CCF to bring funding to support cancer research at CCF. As such, VeloSano is not a separate legal entity or association, but is one of CCF’s charitable activities. Tax ID number is 34-0714585
