All tickets for the Bike to Cure Kickoff Party presented by Adcom will be available via Big Tickets, our Kickoff Party ticket platform.  Tickets will be digital and must be presented for entry to the Mall B venue on Friday, September 8 from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m.

REGISTERED RIDERS

Registered Riders receive two complimentary tickets to the Kickoff Party. These have been or will be emailed to you from support@bigtickets.com with the subject line “Ticket delivery – VeloSano Weekend”. Open the email and click the “Download Tickets” button to access.


TICKETS ON SALE  

Not registered as a Rider, but want to come to a great party and show your support for Bike to Cure?  Additional tickets to the Kickoff Party may be purchased here.
$25 for adults
$10 for children 6-12
free for children 5 and under

Note that food & beverage guest passes for Saturday, September 9 will also be available for sale.


HOW TO GET YOUR TICKETS

Email – Rider tickets will be sent from support@bigtickets.com to the same email address you used when registering for the event. No account creation or app download is required. Attendees are encouraged to stay green and present the tickets on their mobile devices, however, printouts will also be accepted.

Transfer – Want to send your ticket(s) to a friend? You can do this in 3 different ways:
  1. Forward the PDF via email
  2. Take a screen shot of a single ticket and text or email it
  3. Create an account with Bigtickets.com using the same email address the tickets were sent to. Once logged-in, select “Transfer Tickets” from the Ticket Options dropdown and follow the instructions to complete the process. Note that the recipient will also need to create an account to accept and download the ticket transfer.
Using the same email for multiple registered Riders?  No problem, support@bigtickets.com will send you a unique email for each Rider.  Each ticket will have a unique barcode and each email will have a unique purchaser name at the bottom of the message.
