VeloSano Has Big News!

Sarah Hammer will be participating in VeloSano 4!
Sarah is not just a one-time, but a three-time Olympian, 4 time Olympic Silver Medallist and an eight-time world champion professional racing cyclist. In fact, she has been given the title “America’s most decorated track athlete”. In 2011, she became the first American woman to win three medals at a UCI Track Cycling World Championship.
When Sarah’s not pedaling her heart out, she strives to live an “all around” life. She enjoys sharpening her mind through reading, taking hikes and exploring new places. She enjoys taking her rescue dog, Sedona on her hikes and road trips. “I am very excited to be coming to VeloSano this year to support a wonderful cause and getting to ride with everyone!” What’s not to love?
You can see Sarah at the Friday Kickoff Party and as part of the Two-Day Ultimate Challenge ride. At the conclusion of day one, she will also take part in a Behind the Scenes chat and Q&A session on Saturday evening at The College of Wooster for the two-day riders. She is looking forward to being involved and excited to meet our VeloSano community, as her family has been impacted by cancer like so many of us.
